This is a COMPATIBILITY trip meaning we will be offering the option for guys who want to be matched with other guys who are comparable to them based on similar interests, lifestyle habits, social/personal values, life goals and of course similar travel aspirations. There is an additional fee of $200 for this compatibility matching service which is fully refundable should we not find suitable matches for you. This trip is uniquely designed for guys who want to build new friendships while on a breath-taking adventure of exploration. By virtue of the "team building" nature of these expeditions, a natural bond between the group forms automatically which facilitates connecting with each other on a more real/tangible level. It's amazing how much you can learn from each other on these expeditions.

If you wish to be matched with compatible guys you will be required to complete a compatibility analysis survey so our team can identify matches based on the survey criteria you supply. A service fee of $200 must be paid upfront for this service. You can register and pay for this service by clicking HERE

Experience overview

After a full instruction session given by your guide we will all begin harnessing the dogs, hooking up teams and packing the sleds.

Depending on the group and trail conditions, travel time is 2½ hours to 5 hours. We stop often to observe the beauty around us or to take pictures and a lunch stop is made on route.

The camps are preset with prospector tents that have raised plywood sleeping platforms. The tents are heated with wood burning stoves that provide warmth and a place to dry clothing. Each camp has a large tent capable of sleeping 12 people comfortably and 2 smaller tents with a capacity of 6 each. All the camps have been set beside lakes or river.

This a a compatibility team building structured trip so at camp everyone participates in chores– gathering and cutting fire wood; hauling and heating water; feeding and watering the dogs; food preparation and clean-up. Tasty and abundant meals are designed to provide nutritional needs for winter activity.

Evening activities are generated to the interest of the group ranging from quiet times around a campfire to dazzling displays of northern lights and stars to night hikes or wolf howls, a rousing group game or an evening of story telling and poetry reading.

The next day brings a new trail and a new adventure. We will arrive back to base camp shortly before lunch and we will head back immediately to Toronto stoping for lunch on route back.
