Overview: This is a COMPATIBILITY trip meaning we will be offering the option for guys who want to be matched with other guys who are comparable to them based on similar interests, lifestyle habits, social/personal values, life goals and of course similar travel aspirations. There is an additional fee of $200 for this compatibility matching service which is fully refundable should we not find suitable matches for you. This trip is uniquely designed for guys who want to build new friendships while on a breath-taking adventure of exploration. By virtue of the "team building" nature of these expeditions, a natural bond between the group forms automatically which facilitates connecting with each other on a more real/tangible level. It's amazing how much you can learn from each other on these expeditions.
If you wish to be matched with compatible guys you will be required to complete a compatibility analysis survey so our team can identify matches based on the survey criteria you supply. A service fee of $200 must be paid upfront for this service. You can register and pay for this service by clicking HERE

Itinerary Description: Upon arrival we walk down to the dock and take it all in. Go over gear, map, safety and address any questions before we have lunch. We'll load the boats and start the voyage into the park early afternoon, cross Kawawaymog lake and find the entrance to Amable du Fond river. This portion of the trip will be one of our best chances to spot wildlife. Maybe a beaver hard at work on his dam, an eagle searching for their next meal, moose or deer who often visit to snack on the reeds, among many others. There will be 2 short portages on the river, providing us a good chance to stretch the legs and empty bladders. At the end of Amable du Fond river we will find North Tea Lake and the boundary to Algonquin Provincial park. (about 2.5 hours from start point) From here we have so many options of where we want to camp and what we would like to visit. Do we want to paddle twice as far and get that much further from civilization or do we want to cozy up on an island and spend our time relaxing? We will see how everyone is feeling and play that one by ear. We have options to paddle the shores and bays searching for wildlife and/or get a free massage from a beautiful hidden gem of a waterfall. How about a hike through the most colourful maple forest passing giant rocks on your way to one of the crystal clear spring fed lakes, or hike off trial and find a hidden lake using map and compass.
Mornings include sunrises, option of an early paddle, coffee and hot breakfast. We will have lunch on the go so we can keep the good times rolling and dinner will be enjoyed at our home for the night around a fire and under the endless stars. On our last day we will head back to base camp slowly trying to remember we are still on holiday and not think about work, emails and traffic. Just taking it all in. When we get back we will have a quick snack and bid each other farewell.
